In Selfridge’s there is a place called Lash Lounge. No it’s not and S&M cocktail bar. It is a salon where they offer semi-permanent eyelash extensions that last between four and six weeks, £150 for the full set. Why is it that the times in one’s life when one actually needs rather than desperately wants such things as semi permanent lash extensions are the very times that they are completely beyond one’s means?
