Stuck for Choice

I’ve tried Sainsbury’s, I’ve tried Tesco’s, I’ve tried the local health food shop. Nobody stocks organic quark. Now I’m in Waitrose. No organic quark here either but they do have organic cottage cheese and organic cream cheese. I buy the lot.
